Healthy Place is a program of Family Rise Together that provides Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS), developed to bring restorative, recovery-oriented interventions directly to individuals who have the capacity to benefit from them, whether in their homes or elsewhere in the community.
Healthy Place addresses the wellbeing of individuals with mental illness by providing accessible, quality, culturally specific mental health services that emphasizes trust, respect, dignity, and compassion. We instruct, assist and support people in areas such as medication education and monitoring, basic social and living skills, symptom management, household management, and employment-related or community living transitions.

To be eligible for ARMHS, you must meet all of the following criteria:
Our Adult rehabilitative mental health services (ARMHS) are rehabilitative and can help you to develop and enhance psychiatric stability, social competencies, personal and emotional adjustment, and independent living and community skills when these abilities are impaired by the symptoms of mental illness. Our services also help you retain stability and functioning if you're at risk of losing significant functionality or being admitted to a more restrictive service setting without these services. The services instruct, assist and support a member in areas such as medication education and monitoring, and basic social and living skills in mental illness symptom management, household management and employment-related or community living transitions.
