ChaQuana McEntyre (she/her), a passionate and results-driven BIPOC leader, founded FRT in 2014 and serves as the Executive Director, showcasing a proven track record in non-profit leadership. With expertise in program development, financial management, and team building, she has spearheaded innovative initiatives, ensuring transparency, accountability, and organizational success.
Deyona (she/her) manages all financial aspects of FRT and has over 26 years of experience in financial management, nonprofit management, affordable housing, housing development, leadership, entrepreneurship & consulting. She has a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Behavior and is a certified nonprofit accountant and a QuickBooks Pro Advisor.
Bonnie (she/her) keeps our office running and assists the Admin team.
Jaime (she/her) directs the Healthy Place mental health and wellness program. With over 20 years in Human Services, her nonprofit career focuses on enhancing lives through grant writing, securing crucial funding for state and federal programs. In the mental health field, Jaime has contributed to many innovative programs, fostering well-being. As a Growth Consultant, Jaime has provided strategic insights for sustainable initiatives, driven by a passion for social impact and commitment to excellence.
Karen (she/her) is the Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) Clinical Supervisor.
Sophie (she/her) serves as the Mental Health Practitioner for the Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) program.
Theresa (she/her) serves as a Mental Health Practitioner for the Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) program. She also serves as a Housing Navigator and provides Housing Stabilization Services throughout St. Louis County.
Kirk (he/him) directs the Pursue Housing program, including the St. Louis County Housing Support-Supportive Housing Program and other services that address long-term homelessness in St. Louis County. Kirk also serves as the St. Louis County CLI.
Kim (she/her) manages our Housing Programs: Housing Stabilization Services (HSS), Housing Trust Fund Rental Assistance (HTF), and the Family Homeless Prevention and Assistance Program (FHPAP).
Jasper (he/him or they/them) helps clients navigate and engage in the Housing Stabilization Services program in St. Louis County.
Nevaeh (she/her) helps clients navigate and engage in the Housing Stabilization Services program in St. Louis County.
Kristine (she/her) helps clients navigate and engage in the Housing Stabilization Services program in Carlton County. She has a background in trauma-informed advocacy serving victim survivors of domestic and sexual violence. Kristine is committed to providing efficient, quality and person centered advocacy to the individuals we serve.
LuCretia (she/her) helps clients navigate and engage in the Housing Trust Fund and Family Homeless Prevention and Assistance Program (FHPAP) programs.
Brittni (she/her) helps families engaged in the Growing Kinship Connection program by connecting them with other services and programs, local resources, and housing assistance.
